I guide you through the regression, asking questions throughout to keep the experience safe, on track, and as deep and rich as possible. You are invited to close your eyes but you remain awake and communicating the whole time - describing what you see, feel and know. I listen, take notes and continue to guide you. I work with my spiritual guides connected to the Tree of Life to ensure the experience is mapped precisely to what you need. Every session is entirely unique to the individual.

After the journey, I bring you gently back and hold space for the experience to settle. Together we explore what came through, what it means, and how it connects to your present life.
